The BIOIATRIKI Healthcare Group in Cyprus is proud to announce that its central clinical laboratory, at the Polydynamo Diagnostic Center in Nicosia, achieved a flawless score of 100/100 across all medical examination categories during a recent on-site evaluation by the Ministry of Health.
During the inspection, several areas were assessed, including the facilities, equipment, consumables, staff, and the quality of tests. The clinical laboratory, part of Yiannoukas Medical Laboratories part of the BIOIATRIKI Healthcare Group in Cyprus, inaugurated in 2022, stands out for its state-of-the-art automated equipment. It achieved an excellent score, reaffirming its flawless operation and adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Yiannoukas Medical Laboratories have been accredited by the Cyprus Organization for the Promotion of Quality (CYS-CYSAB) under the ISO 15189 standard since March 2013, covering a wide range of their laboratory tests. As of 2024, the accreditation also extends to biochemical urine testing. In addition, the laboratory collaborates with international laboratories for specialized tests, ensuring high quality and reliability in its results.
