The University of Nicosia invites you for a free antibody test against the SARS-CoV-2 virus, in the context of the 3rd phase of the relevant research which is implemented in collaboration with BIOIATRIKI Healthcare Group (Yiannoukas Medical Laboratories) for the citizens of Cyprus to evaluate the levels of IgG antibodies against the virus SARS-CoV-2, which is responsible for COVID-19.
Eligible for the free test are:
Individuals aged 12 to 18 The patients should have been administered at least one dose of the vaccine against COVID-19 or have been positive for the disease by rapid test and/or molecular test (RT-qPCR) regardless their vaccination history.
There is no appointment required for all the participants given that they are accompanied by at least one of their parents/guardians, who will have to fill out a consent form. Sampling takes place in all sampling centers of the BIOIATRIKI Healthcare Group.Due to limited availability, the “first-come, first served” rule will apply.
The Cyprus National Bioethics Committee (CNBC/ΕP/2021/06) have approved the research.
